1. Services Description

CARE BY US LLC provides custom mobile application development services for iOS and Android platforms. Our services include custom app design and development, App Store and Google Play submission, admin dashboard development, technical support and maintenance.

2. Project Agreement

Before starting any project, we will provide a detailed proposal outlining scope of work, deliverables, timeline, milestones, and pricing. Work will commence only after mutual agreement on the proposal terms.

3. Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required to begin work on your project. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion. All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified. For Enterprise projects, custom payment schedules may be arranged.

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, respond to feedback requests within reasonable timeframes, provide necessary access and materials as needed, review and approve deliverables at each milestone, and ensure you have rights to any content you provide.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content, logos, and materials you provide. Upon full payment, you will own all rights to the custom app developed for you, including source code. We retain ownership of any pre-existing tools or frameworks used in development.

6. Warranties and Limitations

We warrant that services will be performed professionally and deliverables will substantially conform to agreed specifications. We do not warrant specific business results, App Store approval, or uninterrupted operation of delivered software.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CARE BY US LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches these terms and fails to cure within 14 days. Upon termination, you will pay for all work completed to date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.

1. Refund Eligibility

We are committed to delivering high-quality services and ensuring client satisfaction. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both parties while protecting our time and resources invested in your project.

2. Before Project Commencement

If you cancel your project before any work has begun, you are entitled to a full refund of your deposit within 14 days of payment.

3. During Development

If you cancel during the development phase, refunds will be calculated based on the work completed to date. You will be charged for all work completed up to the cancellation date. The remaining balance of your deposit, if any, will be refunded within 14 business days.

4. After Delivery

Once the final deliverables have been provided and accepted, no refunds will be issued. Acceptance is deemed to occur when you approve the final milestone or when 7 days have passed since delivery without written objection.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable: third-party costs (domain registration, hosting, App Store fees, etc.), rush or expedited service fees, and custom integrations with third-party services.

6. Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving any issues and will work with you to find a satisfactory solution. Our dispute resolution process includes:

• Initial Review: Contact us within 7 days of identifying an issue
• Discussion: We will discuss the issue and propose solutions
• Resolution: We will implement agreed-upon corrections or adjustments
• Mediation: If we cannot reach an agreement, we may engage a neutral third-party mediator

8. Chargebacks
